To confirm your appointment, please review and accept the following terms:
- A £25 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
- For treatments valued over £150, a 25% deposit is required instead of the standard booking fee.
- All booking fees and deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.
- If you need to rearrange your booking, please contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice to retain your fee or deposit.
